It?s simple to use, but just a heads-up?it has to stay plugged in while working. Great for home or office use, and the material stays cool and breathable even in warm weather.
The only downside is the shipping?it took 7 days to arrive after I placed the order.

This is a great option if you sit in an office chair often and want extra support for the lower back. I love that it?s firm but also molds into your back which makes it extra comfortable. The heat setting is great if you have some pain or enjoy heat to the lower back. The 2 vibration settings are great too, I like the massage mode especially where it actually kneads as well. Haven?t tried using it while laying down yet but will do that next! Also it needs to be plugged in for it to function, so you need to be near an outlet when using it.

severe sciatica sufferer here: been ongoing for nearly 4 years, stemming from two herniated discs and an insane amount of muscle tightness/nerve inflammation.
